Ross Uhler is the Director of Strategic Business Development at MAK Technologies, where he focuses on long‑term growth initiatives, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships across defense, simulation, and training markets. In this role, Ross works closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to align MAK’s open, modular simulation technologies—including the MAK ONE platform—with evolving operational and mission needs.
Johnny Powers
Director of Business Development
Johnny Powers is MAK's Director of Business Development, and an experienced Commander with a demonstrated history of working in the military industry. Skilled in Intelligence Analysis, Program Management, Government Operations, Cyber Warfare and Defense, Combat Experience, and Intelligence Assets. Strong Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming professional with a MOVES focused MS in Computer Simulations from the Naval Postgraduate School.
